When I read your question I thought this was just more liberal bashing (I'm more on the republican side of things but more middle of the road). But when I read the full detail, you have a point. Where do they draw the line and how will they justify it? Should be interesting.
Speaking of liberals drawing the line, if you've ever read the opinion in Roe v. Wade, there is liberal thinking at its best. The line drawn there is so arbitrary and backed up by such scant logic that it boggles the mind that it has stood now for 30 some years. And I'm not rendering an opinion about abortion here, either. All I'm saying is, it is an example of liberal thinking, which, as you've suggested is, do what you want and we'll let you know when you cross "our" line.

Just wondering why you're such an uneducated bigoted a**? What does polygomy, pedophilia, and homosexuality have to do with each other? Polygomy and especially pedophilia are very wrong and liberals are NOT saying either should be legalized because we know that they are very wrong. Homosexuality may be genetic (I don't know any gay people who chose to be gay-but they all knew that they were different from a very young age).What's up with you anyway? Why are you so interested in what people do in their bedrooms. Are you afraid that if gay people got married there would be some sort of epidemic and you may catch gayness??? Discrimination is discrimination. period. It sounds the same to me as questioning the legality of interracial marriage. Or do you want to go down that road???
As far as polygamy....well if it's between consenting adults, I personally don't care and neither should you.
Why don't you worry about what goes on in your own bed and leave the sex lives of others out of it.

Most polygamy laws are intended to keep a man from marring more then one women without the women knowing about each other, in other words to prevent fraud.
If a man can find 2 or more women that want to "share" him what's the issue with that? Except jealousy maybe... And I am NOT talking about the Child molestation going on in that Cult in Utah. Forced "marriages" of children is wrong no matter who you are.
Does anyone really believe this is a major issue? does anyone really believe that if we legalize polygamy the very independent American Women would suddenly all want to share one man?
Get a grip for God's sake! It like if we legalized gay marriage, there would be no more straight marriages.
