I don't think this one is exactly it, but it's close and free (as long as you aren't using it prodessionally). The one in the Cars Logo was most likely a custom design for Disney.

Go to http://www.fontdiner.com, click on the logo to enter, click on "Free Silverware" in the bottom menu, and choose "Rocket Script".

Throw a few Photoshop filters on there to make it look like metal and you're golden! (here's a tutorial: http://www.teamphotoshop.com/articles-Text-Effects-Learn-to-make-some-great-chrome-text-6,8,81a.html)
