ok, i didnt miss court, i just owe him some more money and he keeps saying he is going to revoke my bail. can he do that, or do i have to miss court first?

If you violate the bail agreement, he can revoke the bond. Whether that puts you back in jail or not depends on what the court does.

If you did not go to court you can not owe the court money, any fine would have come from the Judge in court. Jail time also comes from a Judge. A bondsman can not revoke bail, he also can not collect any fines. He can deliver you to the police who will arrest you if there is a outstanding warrant.

You need to comply with all the terms and conditions of the agreement you entered into with the bail bondsman. Your specific liability should be spelled out in the written agreement. Having the charges dismissed may have nothing to do with your obligations to the bail guy.

Read the agreement you signed with the bail bond company. The terms should spell it out clearly for you
