For business class I have to teach a lesson to my class and it can be on anything. It could be anything from funny to mature. Anyone have any ideas?

A lot of kids like to do a lesson that is a demonstration. The preferred lesson is that on making a food item... and then the class gets to eat it.

It has to be something that you do not need to cook and that can be ready after a few steps. On thing that my sister likes to make is an angel food cake dessert.

Buy a premade angel food cake. Break it into bits into a serving bowl. Pour pineapple on it. Cover with whipped cream. Layer some strawberries. Put in more cake, more pineapple, whipped cream and arrange the strawberries so that they are pretty.

If you do something else try to make it something where the students can interact; create a group activity/game that they can learn from. The students will enjoy it and get more out of it.

Everyone loves the food thing though.

I love the story of the "Red Paper Clip." This guy wanted to find out what he could get if he traded a standard red paper clip. Some women traded him rocks, eventually a generator, and his last trade was for a house for one year in Phoenix, AZ. Along the way, he made some trades that made dreams come true for some of the participants. This is a great story of business, ingenuity, and good will. Perhaps you can get a copy of the video, or bring in items that represent some of the things he traded. If these are adults (and I presume they are), keep them engaged and entertained. Good luck.
