Get a pack of that Au Juis gravy. My kids like it on hamburgers.Or,egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup(no water, maybe a bit of milk if too thick) and hamburger .Just brown meat and cook noodles, then mix some soup in it.Better than Ham. Helper.I was surprised my kids liked this.

When I have only hamburger, and can't stand the idea of chili, spaghetti, or sloppy joes... I make small meatballs, fry them in a skillet, drain the grease off, and then make a beef stew with meatballs. Boil some potatoes and carrots cut in small pieces, add some brown gravy (envelopes at the grocery store are very handy for this) and maybe a can of green beans if your family likes them. The kids might just pick out what they like, but if you keep the pieces large, that won't be too hard. For extra fiber, you can add some instant barley.
Bon appetit!

2 1/2 or 3 c. diced leftover meat (roast beef, pot roast, steak, hamburger patties)
1 can (3-4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can beef gravy
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. finely crushed potato chips

Cut meat in 1 inch pieces or small chunks. Combine with all other ingredients except potato chips. Place in 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread the crushed chips over the top. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover: bake until sauce bubbles. Makes 4-6 servings
