can someone tell me what the answer for this math question

Negative 6 multiplied by negative 9 equals positive 54. Anytime you multiply 2 negatives, your answer will be positive. Also, there's no need to put the star in to signify multiplication - that's what the parentheses are for. Hope that helps! Good luck!

im assuming this question, based on the way you typed it is:
negative six multiplied by negative nine

the answer is positive 54

-6*(-9) = 54

by the rules of multiplication... a negative times a negative is ...

a positive...

so ignore the signs and use 6*9
