I work overnight every other thur/fri/sat, and even though I am allowed to sleep, I still dread going! Any ideas on how to make it not such a chore!!!!????

It sounds like you are working at a group home or youth facility. I've done that before.

Something you might want to do is set aside a skill you want to learn, task you want to complete or book you want to read for the hours you are working the overnight job.

Try Sodoku. That will certainly while away the hours for you.

If you are looking for something to do, email me. I have plenty of work to do for a worthy cause and no money to pay someone else other than me. That is why I'm up all night.

I work overnights. I prefer it to my previous position, which had me on a random schedule of early mornings, mid days, and afternoon/evenings. There was no regular rotation, so I couldn't plan anything more than a week ahead (despite the company's policy to have the schedule posted 3 weeks ahead).

This way, I have set hours and weekends off.
