i spent a day and a half in the hospital and am still on pain killers and havent been able to work for a week. do i have a legitimate case to sue the manufacturer of the ball?

the ball was less than 2 months old and it was the right one for my heigth and weight

Check with a lawyer, not enough details here to say one way or the other. First thing is what weight is it rated for? secondly do you weigh more than the rating? What kind of floor was it used on, were there any sharp objects on the floor or nearby (sharp corner on a coffee table?) that could have punctured it, etc... These are the type of things they will be asking and I am sure many more.

did you exceed the weight limit? was the ball old? was it being used in a manner other than directed? If you followed all the directions and it still burst than you have basis for a suit, but good luck.

I suggest you read all the information that came with the ball before you drag your butt down to a lawyers office.

i wouls say yes....f it clearly stated it WAS...'anti-burst'...and u were in the correct weight guidelines and u were using it in the correct way ...sure id see ur lawyer...atleast get ur medical bills and ur weekly wage accounted for
