Maybe you are not ever going into a DEEP sleep, which regenerates your body. If you can afford it, try getting a good quality mattress that suits your needs. If you can not afford a new mattress, you could flip the one you have and buy a topper whether it be an egg shell topper or a featherbed. Also if you have alot on your mind, write it down on paper before you go to bed so that you can trick yourself into thinking that it is saved there until tomorrow.

Make sure your bedroom gets a lot of light in the morning. Leave the curtains/ blinds open at night so you get the sunlight in the morning, or buy a lamp and a light timer. Then you can set the timer to turn the lamp on when you want to get up. It will help because your body will react to the light and stop producing the chemicals that help you sleep. It may not totally work on its own, but it certainly helps wake your body up. You can actually buy alarm clocks which will mimic sunlight and gradually get brighter like the sun does when it rises in the morning, and also produce and alarm.

My poor brother has had this trouble all his life! He has five alarm clocks all over his room. Loud ones, that do not turn themselves off and placed at long distances from his bed! So he has to get up or listen to the noise. Have to say he is always a bit grumpy in the mornings! His neighbours are too!

1 get up earlier, have a routine thats enjoyable, like brewing real coffee, surfing the web etc. before you go out, then you will have less dread about waking up.
2 Try drinking loads of water before going to bed, as a last resort it works
3 Use a mobile phone as an alarm, I do and the procedure to switch off the alarm is too complex to do before I'm properly awake so I can't drift of again without the repeat going off
4 Address other issues that may be making you reluctant to get going in the morning

Put the alarm across the room. I had to do that when i finally got so that I could turn of my alarm without ever waking up - wouldn't even remember that the alarm had gone off.

In response to some of the abave answers, putting the alarm across the room is a good idea in theory, but my husband does it, the alarm goes off, he drags himself across the room, hits the alarm and gets back in bed again.

Maybe it will work for you, but it doesnt for my hubby.

I end up kicking him out of bed every morning, the alarm is useless.

what i do is i get a REALLY loud alarm clock or put my phone alarm on and set it to a really annoying, really long ringtone to go off on full volume, then i place the clock/phone as far away from the bed as possible so i HAVE to get out of bed to switch it off, that way by the time i'm up there's no point in going all the way back to bed! simple

There could be any number of reasons for your problem....
Sleep apnea can make you feel like you ran a marathon in your sleep.
Stress at home or work, depression, caffeine, alcohol, even your diet.
Try finding a hobby or an interest that will make you excited to get up in the morning.
Or you could try my way. My bed is so uncomfortable, I cant stay in bed for very long.

My suggestion is to sit up immediately when your alarm goes off and not allow yourself to doze, then half asleep wander your way to the bathroom and splash cold water on your face - I find that dozing makes me worse in the morning

either drinks lots of water before you go 2 bed so that you have to get up early in the morning to have a pee. Otherwise get someone to go in your room in the morning and open the curtains really wide and pull the duvet off of you! That soooo works, even tho its really annoying
