war is a healthy way of resolving conflicts un-resolvable by talks. it also keeps the population steady, increases economy, sparks conversation on topics related to war.

Yes - and so do soldirs. To them it is a job and a responsibility but they are never happy with it. If they like it they generally end up in troublr and in front of a courts-martial.
