actualy. I enjoy shopping, or rather looking around. I like to go to walmart or sams or costco, and just walk around and look at the stuff I like. If i need some things, I will buy them, but i will sometimes go in to just look, too. as far as grocery shopping, i usualy go at night or in the wee hours ( I live in Nevada, so most stores are open 24/7) and just take my time too look at everything. I do know people who hate shopping tho. I dont have a problem with cashiers either, I usualy go to the cute ones, so I can chat them up.

You shouldn't hate so easily! When you hate things, it causes large fluxes of chemicals know as stress, to pump out, that cause you to feel stressed, depressed, energy drained, anxious, unhappy and it physically causes you body to become more unhealthy!
Where when you are Happy and appreciate things in life, it causes endorphins to pump out causing you to feel Happy, appreciative, content, relaxed, high, energized, awake, and it has actually been proven, and is continually being researched and proven more, to make you become alot more Physically healthy as it causes proteins to regenerate more and other chemicals - ( When you stress the chemicals that generate and pump out, tears down your proteins. It actually causes your proteins to kind of "burn out", why does that matter? Cause proteins are what help you remember, it is what makes your memory better. Also your bones become alot better, and a lack of proteins is the main cause for muscle and bone problems when you get older. If there wasn't a protein deficiancy in older people, then they wouldn't have muscle and bone problems!)
It's all about how you look at things. You probably have gotten into habbits, of just instantly being negative and "hating" things. I bet you say you hate things alot more then you say you Love things, alot of people do.
You pump out chemicals when you "hate" things too, and you become comfortable with them after a while. Which makes you become almost "addicted" to them, they become a habit, you get in your ways, you probably also work or you are busy a fare bit. So you don't get much time to relaxe, or contemplate. And you probably feel you are in a hurry, this causes you to do this too. Cause it becomes like a "release" when you complain or hate things. This is the whole addiction thing I was talking about. It's like a beer people have when they get home etc. It's a habit you get yourself into. Just try to start seeing the good in life, and taking time (even if you don't have it) to relax, and most of all THINK about the day, and other questions. Aprreciate life and things more, smile even if you don't feel that happy, just smile and relax this will start to change the chemicals in your head more. Which will break your habits and addiction. Just be happy more!
There is a very interesting article on research that a Japannese "Scientist" is doing on emotions like this, and the effects it's having on people. If you want to read more about it, here's the link:

I love grocery shopping. I hate RUDE cashiers, but most of them are fine. I'm going to take a wild guess that you hate them more than me.
