With no doubt its Superman. He has that thing with kryptonite but other than that he's ....
1) Fastest. He's beat the Flash in a race and traveled back in time because of his speed making faster then light.
2) Strongest.
3) Has x-ray vision. Also intense heat can come from his eyes
4) Super hearing
5) Super breath. In many degrees of temperature
6) And a brain that can control everything he does. Think if you had super hearing but could control it. You'd hear everyones voice at one time. It would drive you crazy.

Batman.
He was one of the few superheros that did not actually have any superpowers, yet he was still able to save many people. I mean if you actually had superpowers you really have only the choices of either become a superhero or villain or go into hiding and have serious issues. Batman actually made the conscious decision to put his own life at risk to protect others. He also had one of the coolest costumes and gadgets.

Batman, no question. The Dark Knight became a superhero by force of will. No gamma rays, no radioactive spiderbites, just brute human ambition. And unlike the Punisher, Batman doesn't need guns. He uses fear, stealth, and skill to take out the trash.
