Are you speaking of the insistence of one Gordon Brown that Blair resign...and the fact that Blair agreed to step down within a year? I read about that today...didn't think Blair would do it, from what I have seen of him...but I guess it is impressive that he would give up a coveted post for the good of the country...the question is: is it going to be good? I don't know anything about Gordon Brown...what is he all about?

No
The Conservatives did something similar to a much better leader a few years ago. Heath committed the act of treason dragging us into the Greater Gaul co prosperity zone, a concept of a United Europe first dreamed up by Uncle Adolph everyones favorite Nazi whom the history books will eventually credit with the dream of a united Europe a dream which was brutally destroyed by the evil Yanks invading in 1944 only for it to rise from the Ashes.
If Blair had any sense he would have signed England up as the latest State in the United States of American, leaving Wales and Scotland to look elsewhere for cas to squander, and tried for a desk job in George Bush's administration.

No way! Blair is the one who should be prosecuted for treason AND war crimes. The labour party should have got on with the process of ridding us of Blair years ago.

How someone, who has repeatedly lied so blatantly to parliament and the British people, can still be Prime Minister is a bloody mystery to me.

Maybe not treason, but they are certainly pulling themselves apart - we elected labour with blair leading the party at the last election, we didn't vote for Gordon Brown, and I want Gordon Brown even less now after trying to pull off this coup.

I've never really cared much for Tony Blair but yes, I do think they are and very much so. I've never fancied the idea of having Gordon "why does he have to do THAT with his mouth all the time?" Brown but if they force him out, they will live to regret it I'm sure. Look what happened with the Tories after they did the same thing to Margaret Thatcher.

What is it they say, those who live by the sword shall perish by the sword. Or to put it another way, may they be hoisted by their own petard! :)

Tony Blair should have stepped down as soon as the lie upon which we went to war was exposed.

Tony B.LIAR took us to war on a lie.

He has blood on his hands.

He is the guilty one and should resign now and wait a call from the Hague War Crimes Commissioners ( which of course will never come).
