My lady has been very understanding and supportive, but it is starting to cause problems in our relationship.
She has brought up the issue of her taking a lover as she is quite sexual.
Please give me some thoughts on this.

See a doctor. Without knowing what the problem is it may be other things then just a medical problem. Try doing new things, 3 some, swinging, roll playing. I and my girl are both swingers and our relationship is stronger then ever. We also live out our fantasies and try new things. Our sex life is better then it ever been. Before we got into swinging I only lasted about 10 minutes and only one time a night. Now I last for up to an hour or longer and do it 4 or more at each swinger party.

There are other ways of pleasing a woman in bed. If worst comes to worst you could always wear a strap on. If she really loves you then she should not have even mentioned another lover.

I can only imagine, it has to do with hypertension. My suggestion is see your Dr. and inform him/her of the problem. The medication can be changed. If your smoking, that also contributes to low blood flow to the penis. There are many different medication on the market now for dysfunctional erections. Don't be ashamed to speak openly to your Dr. that is the number one problem, Men are holding on too. Speak your mind!!
