Basically if you have the original box its easy but if your dont have it, well it may not be as easy.

parcell the d500 up and return it to where you purchased it, telling them its a bag of poo and demand your money back or perhaps another make of telephone. that should fix it for you

Did you call your cell phone company and make sure that you have internet access. Sometimes it can get shut off by accident that's what happened to me once. Other then that u can also call them to help u fix the problem if u can't find a way in your owners manual. That's what I've had to do when I have had problems on my cell phones they should be able to walk u through a way of fixing the problem. I hope this helps. :)

I don't know if this helps-but sometimes Samsung isn't the best company. I had a digital camera by that brand and so did my sister. Her camera broke and then mine did too-all because the screen crystal was shattered, just because it was up against another object.

They should give you a refund or help you with your problem. They gave me a new camera.

Go to www.sonyericsson.com and then navigate to the "set up my phone for wap/mms". Enter all the info it tells you and the settings will be sent to your phone and all you have to do is activate new settings, you may also have to go to your internet profiles on your phone and activate the new settings as well.
Hope this helps

You need to call your carrier, therin lies the problem. Maybe you have the wrong "number" it is dialing to, that happened to me once. Anyway, your carrier should be able to diagnose the problem and if they can't you should get a new phone.

Most ISP's, have more than one phone number that you can use, even if you have DSL or cable, still contact them, they need to get you online, if you are paying for it, you should have service..good luck..
