Sounds like a cold to me, but could also be allergies. Typically with allergies, your throat will itch, like you want to reach inside your mouth with something and scratch it, but your throat can also get sore from allergies if you have post-nasal drip - the drainage down the back of your throat can irritate your throat, making it sore. Sorry, you're going to have to see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis.

yoga is an union of techniques, body & soul... it consists of 8 steps... the 8 fold direction: a million. Yama - moral disciplines 2. Niyama - the path of self-restraint 3. Asana - actual postures (oftentimes purely asans are refered to as yoga) 4. Pranayama - managed respiration 5. Pratyahara - concentration in direction of inwards 6. Dharana - step focussing on concentration 7. Dhyana - meditation 8. Samadhi - the perfect degree / nirvana for this reason the asans & meditation are both component of uniting the body and soul with the wide-spread means! if you're extra fascinated you search for for internet sites that manage yoga... there are quite some techniques on the web & in case you in mumbai you ought to visit the yoga institute in santacruz they have a library

well allergies and colds are kind of a like, they have the same symptoms and can make you feel miserable, maybe just take a medicine for cold and allergies and see if that don't help you feel better.
