I'm not fond of FSC broadcasts, but the way I see it, it's another medium for international matches.

As someone mentioned earlier, here are some soccer channels that are always on in my household:
-Setanta Sports (best thing EVER)
-GolTV
-Telemundo
-Univision
-RAI International
-ESPN Deportes

Setanta is, seriously, the best thing to come along. (I was loving Setanta even more as I was watching the France/Italy match for Euro2008.) I find is more manageable than the ridiculous $300 that the carriers used to charge for EPL action. Setanta also carries Champions League, Euro Cup, Ligue 1, Eredivisie, friendlies and (if you fancy) Coca Cola Champions League. If you're a Chelsea or ManU fan, they show the respective TV news shows (Blues News/Red Hot News) and opinion shows. They also have Rugby, GAA, and random crap like that. It's worth the fee.

GolTV carries almost everything else than the EPL, including Serie A, La Liga, BundesLiga...to name the biggies. Calcio is starting up this weekend, and they're loaded; Fiorentina v Inter on Saturday, Milan v Lazio on Sunday.

Telemundo will show certain La Liga games, as well as certain Euro Cup quals and Champions League games. Univision will be more Central/South American geared.

RAI is your home for anything Italian, but is only carried on certain cable and satellite providers.

ESPN Deportes will be showing games from Champions League, ECQ, and anything else they might fancy. Seemingly, they love showing Milan games. ESPN2 (amazingly) will be showing some Champions League matches as well, starting next week. Check the schedule for teams.

The most important website you should know if you want to watch football is www.soccertv.com.
