I hear u, i'm the same way!!! I have so much work to do but here i am with this, it is very addictive.
everytime someone passes i change screens on my computer & pretend to be working but yet i still have the same paper in front of me, lol!!!!!

Two reasons - one, it is definately addictive. Two, your heart may not actually be in your work. But don't feel too bad, as there's more to life than work anyway.
