When I feel alone I like to call up one of my friends or family members and just talk. It doesn't have to be anything pressing just hearing their voice helps.

If you don't have anyone to call then maybe immerse yourself in something you like to do like reading or watching a good funny movie. If you need to chat more please email me, I am at work but will check my email as time allows.

Good Luck and hang in there!

I get that feeling at times, but the only thing that helps me through it is my faith in Jesus Christ. When I feel those feelings starting to creep up on me, I start reading the Bible and eventually I get to the point of saying, "Well Lord, it's you and me, fill me with your joy and peace and help me to see you in everything today." Sure enough he does. Finding a way to help people or serve people, like at a church, youth groups, Salvation Army or something like that also fills that loneliness gap. By doing something for others, it actually fills the loneliness gap real quick.

That's the only thing I can offer you as far as advice to help you get through it. It works.

If you are feeling alone and need someone to talk to, you can message me.

If you would prefer, you can contact your pastor, a guidance councilor at school, a local therapist, or Girls and Boys Town. I listed their website in my sources. You didn't say your age, so I am trying to cover all my bases.

Good luck. Hope you feel better soon :-)
