Are we talking rodent or GUI interface? Yes, they both bite. The mousy mouse will of course bite - HARD!

A computer mouse could give you an electrical "bite" if you did something crazy with it, like take it apart while its still attached to your computer and you stick your finger in up under the track-ball. Don't try it.

Yes, they can and do.
I hand reared a wild mouse once (I kid you not!) who turned into a proper rotter when he became an adult. I set him free in the garage attached to the house and he used to wait each morning for a bit of digestive biscuit, until my Mother let one of my cats have him for breakfast...

They can bite right down to the bone if they get your finger or toe. And it HURTS!

yes, once i slept on the floor for a sleep over and all of a sudden a mouse bitt me and i was bleeding

yes. i was bitten by my friend's pet mouse once, and it drew blood. (not much, though.)
it hurt much more than you would think it would.
