while having a shower the other day i noticed an unusual lump on top of my left testicle. it was like a swelling. however it has since dissapeared. im still worried though. i have inspected my scotum but have located no lump..However i do feel a weirdish sensation on my left groin on the inner leg between my scrotum and my inner left leg andthis lef also feels somwhat week. i noticed a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen a couple of days before i noticed the lump..

Sounds like a hernia! Go to the doc right away, it's a tear in your lining that is pushing intestine out and downward towards the scrotum. Go before it gets bigger and surgery gets tricky.

Schedule a doctor's appointment. Could be a hernia. Also, have you been doing any abdominal exercises that may have caused this? Talk to a doctor to find out. This can be solved early on.
