get an A+ book and an old computer and go at it. lol

Just do it. Take one apart, put it back together again, or take a class, and learn all the good stuff that goes with pc building.

if you google with terms like "DIY PC" then you should be directed to sites with info on how to build PC's

nowadays they even have DIY Laptop.
