I went to a jacuzzi for a couple of minutes, but when I went into the regular pool I was extremely cold. Can you tell me why?

The Jacuzzi has an average temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit while a pool is more in the range of 80's and thus the transition for you body is almost non-existant unless you wait before going into the pool.

You are really cold IN RELATION to the warmth you just felt. The difference between the temperature in the jacuzzi and the pool is a lot more than if you were just in the regular air.

because your body was so used to the warm water your body got really warm. then you go into a regualar pool which is not heated and the colder water sucks all of the warmth out of your body
