It's usually normal during pregnancy. It's usually the increased blood volume in the body. Remember you are supplying blood for the baby too. I ate TYLENOL like candy when I was pregnant. Get a neck massage or rub your temples. There isn't much you can do because you are pregnant. Ask your doctor if he/she put you on the lower iron prenatal vitamins. Try taking the vitamins at a different time of day if your morning sickness isn't too bad. Sometimes the prenatals with really high Iron can cause head aches. KEEP AN EYE ON YOU BLOOD PRESSURE, as well. Talk to your doctor about it. Head aches can be a sign of your blood pressure getting high and may be warning signs of PREECLAMPSIA. Make sure you get enough rest. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR

It's common to get headaches in pregnancy. Talk to your doctor. It's OK to take Tylenol while you're pregnant, but talk to your Doctor first. It's pretty early to get preeclampsia, but it can happen. Do you feel dizzy? That could be an inner ear problem.

Obviously any question should be referred to your ob/gyn. However, all pregnancies are different. Headaches and dizziness can be a symtom of "morning sickness". This should end by the beginning of the 2nd trimester.

I agree watch your blood pressure and see your doctor, some woman can be prone to minnie strokes while pregnant, which can make you nauseous and feel like you have a migraine, also if you notice you lose half your vision you need treatment immediately.

Sounds like you have vertigo - (dizziness) and it could be from any number of things including the pregnancy or something unrelated like an ear infection. Best to do see the doctor and let them evaluate - to be safe.

I don't know, maybe getting spun around is what got you in trouble in the first place.
