hey my dear...its not the first time u ve posted one question just to satisfy urself for whatever hatred u hold against pakistan...and by the way no COUNTRY can ever b caught for temparing te ball...its either a team or a player/s!! now coming back to your question, the incident u intend to point out has already been cleared by the ICC match referee....he saw th vidio and so did the umpirs after the match and they decided that this was nothing illegal and was not ball tempring!!! what shoaib was doing was just removing the dust or whatever..that got stuck in tbetween the seam lines...any one who has ever played som cricket at high level know it wll that for reverse swiinging the ball...one has to scratch the skin of the ball and not the seam...the seam is soo hard that ur finger nail cant do n inch of a damage to the seam....ansd shoiab;s finger was on the seam not on the skin!!!! i guess ma point is clear...if u try n b unbiased ull undrstand it as well...
and may i add that uumpireds didnt report to the referee and nor did the referee complained...so there is no point for ur 2nd part of the question

Hey buddy you already know my opinion and judging by the emails i got today a certain a team may have to start using the ball legally rather than the race card, I've been told that i have a short memory and that none of the current team of well behaved cricketers have ever been accused by the I.C.C of tampering with the ball oh and also accused of having a limited knowledge of our beloved game!!! Let me say one thing, if i get a nick I walk!!!! Its in the spirit of the game, didn't England win the spirit of cricket award last year from the I.C.C???

Nobody's been caught, they're just suspicious. And they won't have to call the umpire racist again because it was probably the seam which was being cleaned.

It is Pakistan AGAIN.They are not in a position to escape any form of penalty because it was actually caught on camera this time.It is now up to the ICC to decide.
