There are 4 levels of ripage. Level 4 being the worst. It means you tore from the vaginal opening all the way to the rectum. Level one is a small tear that can heal on its own.
A level 3 tear will require stitches to repair and can be very painful afterwards. Especially when you have a bowel movement.
