i know there are names on it but it says (friends o/o) don't know why.

You have probably selected to show online friends only. (May be willingly or by mistake or someone might have done it on your ID). You can undo it by selecting Contacts from the Top Menue of your Yahoo Messenger and selecting 'Show all contacts' from the list down below (It would be in the third group if you have yahoo with voice). After that it would show all your friends either online or offline.

Then try logging through www.meebo.com and if the problem still persists it should be like your messenger software if corrupted.
