Nothing really comprehensive out there, but here are a few possibilites.
The first is a longer document--you have to skim though it to get to the section on place names:
http://www.ainc-inac.gc.ca/ks/pdf/fnpc_e.pdf#search=%22first%20nations%20place%20names%20cities%20meaning%22

A few here: http://www.kidfish.bc.ca/first_nations/names.htm

And here: http://www.ainc-inac.gc.ca/pr/info/info106_e.html

Some here: http://www.angelfire.com/realm/shades/nativeamericans/aboriginalplnames.htm

Also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_place_names_in_Canada_of_Aboriginal_origin

Probably not helpful, but interesting: http://geonames.nrcan.gc.ca/pdf/factsheet_e.pdf

Also look at the Canadian Society for the Study of Place Names website --there might be material here you can use: http://geonames.nrcan.gc.ca/info/cssn_e.php
