When you wake in the morning you are actually one inch taller.So If you have to be taller,make sure it`s in the morning.Ma by this will help you feel better.Don`t bang your head on anything!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but once you are done with your growth (usually no later than age 20), you are not going to get any taller. Anyone who tells you different is just misleading you (probably because they want to sell you something).
At this point, there is really only one option. That is to make yourself LOOK taller without actually growing. Your 2 best bets are 1-Improve your posture (this will not only make you look taller, but look slimmer too). And 2--invest in some quality lifts (discrete inserts or specially made shoes that can add up to a couple of inches).
Take a look at the sources I have provided for additional information on improving your posture. I have no sites I would recommend in terms of lifts, however there are many out there.

Put lifts in your shoes. They make them and you can buy them whereever they have shoes I believe.

you can't. your height is set once you reach your early twenties and even before that there's nothing practical that can be done.
