Right click on the toolbar and click on where it says "address bar" so there's a check next to it.

In ineternet explorer click on view then click on toolbars, then click on address bar. There you go :)

properly click the position it says manage and uncheck the "lock toolbars" determination. Now there should be a verticle bar you could "grab" along with your mouse to the left of the knowledge "manage" and also you'll drag the bar to the left or right down to its own row.

You may have accidentally hid it. Just drag down your internet toolbar and and it should pull it down.
