When i am feeling lonely, i find a quiet place to sit.Then i read poems that my lovely lady has written for me.
Wow it cheers me up very quickly.It works everytime.

When I'm feeling a little lonely, I tend to listen to any of Mariah Carey's songs...only because her songs seem to comfort me in the times that I need comforting...(ya'll have felt the same way before)!

I have pondered on and off for decades, it supplies the understanding of the Oneness of all existence everywhere, and that i in no way experience on my own. In a international so vigorous how will you experience on my own, also i'm surrounded with the help of animals, I have dogs and cats and birds or perhaps a mouse receives contained in the homestead they basically seem at me like i'm basically between the crew..I have various massive ants, i do not hassle them and they don't hassle me, yet they're all fantastic sufficient to enable me stay of their homestead !!!

talking to friends or family over the phone. that or just pampering urself could make u feel better. even better, DO SOMETHING W/ UR FRIENDS! =) just try getting out, & if u don't have many friends, then maybe find a class u wanna join & join it to make friends, & u'll probably find ppl in no time. hope u feel better hun!!
