Do you think it is fair or right that the only nationals that are here( hispanics) have to go back to Mexico, after applying for work permits and green cards in order to get them ? Other nationals in the US are not required to go back to their home country, or country of origin after filling out all the coorect paper work and paying the fees as well as fines, if any apply.

Yes my facts are straight. I just happen to know what I am talking about with this particular issue simply because I am very happily married to a Mexican/Hispanic.
and by the way he is legal.
Sorry but you are not correct.
I'm not gonna explain the whole thing cuz its lengthy but you have to go back only if you came to this country without paperwork.
That means, without going through customs and a few other situation
Its not customs that you go thru to get to the US legally thru Mexico, there are actually Immigration Officer at the border now. And have been in the past.
When a person from anothe country wants to come to the US, they make an application for entry and for passpport from their home country. And when the application is filled out, there are choices to make, whether its a tourist visa ,, a school visa or what ever they are asking for. The government has a set amount of time for each visa and then determines how long you can stay with that visa

NO you are incoorect. The terminolgoy is Hispanics for all of South America, which by the way inlcudes Mexico.
Mexican is another slang as is white trash .. or wet back .. or beaner or any other that we can come up with.

For example, someone comes to this country under the false pretense of a vacation but intends to stay permanently and passes customs is OK. But if you enter by "climbing the fence" which is not passing customs, it's different.

Yes they should go back and apply and then only come back here when they can do so in a legal manner.
When they run the boarder that makes them criminals and they should be treated as such. They are no better (regardless of what they may think) than anyone else.
If they get deported and can not come back, and they are found to be back, they should be sent to Tent City, not an indoor comfy jail. They should spend their time in jail and get deported again.
If they get caught back the 3ird time they should be found guilty under the 3 strikes act, and spend the rest of their life breaking rocks. A criminal is a criminal.

I don't know this to be the case, but if it is accurate.
YES, it's totally fair. Special situations call for special actions, and this is definitely a special situation. We don't get flooded with hundreds of thousands of Icelanders each year. Hell, if you're a born Iceland citizen, as far as I'm concerned, after a background check - I'll make you a citizen tomorrow.

You need to get your facts straight. Every alien to the United States must get working permits before they come here and work. And yes, it fair for anyone!!

That's not true. Foreigners from other countries also have to go back. Why do you like the "Latinos" so much?
