Do you think it is fair or right that the only nationals that are here( hispanics) have to go back to Mexico, after applying for work permits and green cards in order to get them ? Other nationals in the US are not required to go back to their home country, or country of origin after filling out all the coorect paper work and paying the fees as well as fines, if any apply.

LOL...such a hot topic... and by asking questions such as these we all get to see and hear just how racist or not we, or not.
Thanks all ... I appreciate your repsonses.
We also get to see how angry some are with the issue itself.
Some one repsonded by they will do the jobs we wont. Which is quite true. many hispanics do the work that alot of Americans just wont do at all. Their goal is however the same as ours, provide for family, pay the bills, and be able to live what is termed the American Dream.
one thing to piont out here.. is technically we all are immigrants and at one time our fore fathers, may or may not have been legal when they first came to the USA.

It IS fair.

Other nationalities do NOT have to go back to their HOME country, cause they ENTER THE US LEGALLY.

They APPLY for all the paperwork BEFORE leaving. When they get here, they are LEGALLY here.

icg is right, listen to her

legal hispanics can stay for as long as the visa and passport allows as with any person from any country, illegal ones should get the hell out of here.
