try cold climates, like maine, new hampshire, vermont, basically all of new england....
you see, mosquitos, like most insects, like hot, dank (clammy), moist, and dark areas... that's where they thrive...
now don't get me wrong, i'm not saying that there are ABSOLUTELY no mosquitos in new england. what i am saying is that you're less likely to have problems with mosquitos up north, because its colder....
or...
if you don't like to live in cold areas, then try the dessert. you know, places like arizona, new mexico, nevada, and south eastern california (cities like blythe, or yuma, or barstow).
those places might be hot, so you'd think that they'd have a lot of bugs, but they don't surprisingly, because even though mosquitos like hot weather, keep in mind that they also like standing water (lakes, ponds, etc.).
since the dessert is, for the most part, arrid and VERY dry, that could also be another option...
as for where you live now (where ever that might be), if you have mosquito problems, make SURE that you DON'T leave out standing water (half empty cups of water or any other beverage, puddles of mud in the front yard, buckets of water, uncovered swimming pools and jacuzzis, etc.)....that doesn't make them go away... that encourages them to stick around!!!
good luck!!!

Buy some insect repellent. j/k I really don't know, I live in a dry desert area and they can be pretty bad here. good luck with your quest.

Denver, CO. It's dry and high-altitude.

I grew up there and would get eaten alive whenever I went anywhere else.

Places like that exist....

I would assume somewhere where there is less moisture..
less trees/shrugs/flowers that hold damp dark places..
