If you suspect and recognize an e-mail as spam, locate the spam choice at the top of your page, where the delete, reply, move and forward buttton is. Click on spam, so it will be reported as spam. Also in your block list, you can include the company who'e sending you all that spam. Also, in your bulk folder where they normally dump suspected spam notices or e-mails;select you want all spam messages deleted even before you read them.. It gets to be a hassle. Your inbox might get clutted with this spam-like e-mails. Do not unsubscribe, as they will find out your e-mail address and send you more as they did to me Just by deleting them.,also, doesn't work. Another important advice, and this is very impt, do not fill out the marketing preferences, that's where they get your interests and send you any notices or unwanted solicitations. These marketing preferences are found under the heading of MY account found in on the front page beside the sign out. Another is the filters box found in the mail options, located on the extreme right of your front page with check mail. By not checking those boxes for marketing preferences
is my first choice. .

You have to be careful, I get at least 3 spams a day! What you should do is check one of the spams (without attachments!), and see if you can get yourself off of the mailing list(s). Also, when you fill out forms online, make sure that you are not giving away your email address to 3rd party companies.

Go to your Preferences and select an option that filters and sends spam to a Spam folder, or automatically deletes it.

If the Spam is unopened, you can always donate it to the needy, I'm sure there are always someone hungry enough that they don't really care what kind of food it is, as long as it's edible and filling.

get a spam blocker for your e-mail through your e-mail provider...
