In my heart i have these pains. One of them happens and i cant breathe normally or move I have to stay stuck until it feels better. And also sometimes the veins in my right arm hurts. I dont know what it is. If you know can you please tell me. Im going to put it in the wrong category because i need answers quickly! It hurts badly.

My best guess is a minor heart attack, heartburn of some sort, could be a heart concussion but you'd die after that so no, but my best advice is to go see a doctor, or better yet, the emergency room. Best Wishes, and good luck!

Go to the doctor. They sound like heart failure, or maybe an attack. Get you bootayy to the ER, or talk to someone who knows what they are talking about besides on the computer!
