My state's Department of Labor sent me a letter today saying the case against me had been dropped. Problem, was I was never notifed that there was a case against me and this is the first notification I ever received from them.

If I were you, since you didn't know there was a case against you, I would contact them to find out the specifics. Sounds like our state...DMV will suspend your license and not tell you until it's reinstated.

I would call the contact information listed on the letter and ask what the heck it was all about.

Obviously you have to contact them to see what that letter was referring to or if it was sent to you in error.

probably mailed to the wrong address or they pulled the wrong information it is also possible it was a prank look into it all the same.

I would make some inquiries in this matter. You may be able to sue somebody.
