Call your internet service provider and ask them if they are having server problems. Tell them what you are having trouble doing. They may be able to give you another smtp address.

maximum in all probability, the e-mail account does no longer exist anymore. in case you've not the different contact counsel on your pal, do you've any for mutual friends? possibly you may want to contact her that way. i'll provide you with a warning, besides the undeniable fact that, that the "discover this human being" commercials you word on the internet are specially scams, and severe priced ones at that. Exhaust all different thoughts before procuring this kind of service. they typically surely provide you with the counsel you provide back. sturdy success:)

Happens to me occasionally. It is an ISP problem. They have to fix it. So when it happens to me, I use my yahoo email account to email. Friends and family know both email addresses so I don't miss a thing.
