The ones in the United States. Doctors come here from other countries to become nurses. They do it because they make more here being a nurse than in their home country being a Doctor. That's one reason why our health care costs are so high. Also Doctors in the U.S. lobby against nurse practitioners, attempting to prevent them from starting a practice, because it takes money away from them. Nurse Practitioners are a cheaper way to get cared for when you have something simple like a sprained ankle or a head cold.
