It depends on where you are located. You need to check the local age of consent laws.
In many states the age of consent is 16, so there is nothing that can happen to him.
I got pregnant at 16 and my boyfriend was almost 19.We were investigated and case was dismissed because he was not more than 4 years older than I was. (that was in Ohio)

It depends on the laws of your state. In the state where I live, it is not illegal if he is less than 4 years older than you.
Even if it is legal, you need to explore why you want to be pregnant at 16. Having a baby really does change your life. If it is to prove your love for each other, then consider how strong is a bond that requires that kind of proof. If it is to get your parents to allow you to be together, that is no way to prove your responsible enough to choose your company wisely. Please talk to a counsellor. They are bound by law to keep your conversations private, but I would bet having a baby is not the best solution to any problem.
If you are already pregnant, tell your parents and begin prenatal care immediately so you can have a strong, healthy baby.

Its not illegal for anyone to get pregnant. You are a minor but not by much. Only 2 years. You still should wait until your 18 to pregnant. For now use condoms. I'm sure your parents would appreciate it.

Yes it is illegal. The law is anyone 18 years of age or older can not sleep with anyone under the age of 18.
Those who are 18 years of age or older whom sleep with a 16 or 17 year old can be charged with staturatory rape and those whom are 18 years of age or older who have sex with anyone 15 years of age or under can be charged with child molesting.
Also why would a 16 year old child want to get pregnant? Take it from someone who got pregnant at 16 kids are no picnick and they are a pain and need ALOT of attention and cost ALOT of money. Hell getting ready for the baby will tap you out, it cost well over 1,000 bucks just for a darn crib, changing table, stroller, high chair, baby swing and thiers loads more and the formula, diapers and wipies you got to buy each week will cost you close to 100 bucks and you will really have fun with laundry because babies love to puke and they go threw anywhere from 3-5 alfits a day and ohhh boy will you really love it when they are sick all night and wont go to sleep.
16 and 18 is to young to have a baby , wait till your in your 20's living in your own place with a good job.
I do not get you kids and wanting to have kids so much, your still kids yourselfs I mean you got moron 13 year old kids having babies and they are stupid, I mean every year you got these kids dying or suffering major damage because they were stupid and wanted kids, when your a teenager your body is not fully developed to carry a baby.
You wanna know who gets stuck watching the baby and taking care of them, the tennagers parents thats always how it goes and it is not fair to them, you wanted to spread your legs ad be so adult and not use protection and stupidly get knocked up and not only do you pay with losing your childhood and teenage years but your parents lose because they get stuck with it while your in school and they have to pay because most states do not allow anyone under 16 to work.
If you have a baby at 16 the next time you will be having freedom is when your about 36, do you really want to put your life on hold till then? You have your whole life to have kids but you only got once chance in your life to be a kid.

It all depends on the state you are in. In some states, the age of consent is 16.
Also, in some states, if there is less than a four year difference in age, the older one cannot be charged with statutory rape.

It depends on where you live. The age of consent is is different in different states(if youre american). Where I live its 14. So it may or may not be.
But what are you thinking???!!!! Pregnant at 16???? You need to focus on your education and being young. YOu have youre whole life in front of you. It would be in the best interest of your future child to wait.

Yup, he will end up in jail and labelled a sex offender for life. But if you are pregnant, you do have to get prenatal care and help making decisions. Go see your regualr doctor--they can guide you in the right direction and your visit with them is confidential or look up a planned parenthood in your area--also confidential.

It depends on the state, but in some states such as Washington, there is a level of age seperation that is appropriate. I know it Washington it would be legal if it wasn't rape because you are only two years apart.

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what state you live in. If you are below the age of consent then it's illegal for him to even have sex with you.
