No!! America is not at all safe today from any angle. To my view, the recent terror plot alert in the UK should be a wake up call! for the USA government as to me this terror plot can be executed very well by the terror groups. To me as a Muslim, President Bush, has made very vital errors in his leadership. He has not allowed the Muslims to have their say or live in the kind of demorcracy, Muslims used to live in the pre- 9/11 era. No doubt! the 9/11 attacks astounded the whole world, but it was a very critical time for the Bush Administration, things could have been better, if Mr.Bush had given some time to himself and think on some issues, rather questions which these attacks raised. Questions like, why these attacks on USA? What has gone wrong in the decision-making? What error is being made while understanding the issues?

President Bush needs to change his attitude towards the Muslim World. He must realize that Muslim world shares a very strong bonding. He must have saw a dream of a divided Middle East or Divided Muslim World....but what we see...we see Muslims have become more united after the Iraq War, the Lebanon war recently, has made the terror groups, whoever they are.. more vindictive towards the USA, as the Bush Administration is the worst in the history of such a powerful nation. Now! President Bush needs to step down from his stand on Iran's Nuclear Plan. If he tries to over- interfere then I fear, Bush will have to pay a huge price.

Why can't Iran be a Nuclear Country. When Pakistan is a Nuclear Country! India is a Nuclear Country! President Bush should warn these nations as well. I don't know about India but Pakistan is a bizarre country whose undemocratic leadership in any era has always supported America's cause.

America is not at all safe! But it as that stage where the people of America have to decide how much they can tolerate. America as nation is ver good, people of America are too good, but some wrong decisions by the Bush Government will cause the USA on whole, to be amongst the worst.

Thank You!

We're a lot safer than we were on 9/10, when we weren't vigilant enough at that time to prevent the attacks. Since 9/11, there haven't been anymore attacks, so we must be doing something right. The Iraqi government and the majority of the people there appreciate what we have done for them.

It's a tough question to answer, because now they are trying harder than ever to attack us, and it's only a matter of time that they successed if we let them.

The one thing we can never do again is become so arrogant and self-confidant to believe that we are untouchable. We thought we were untouchable back in 1941 and look what happened to Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. I guess, it wasn't enough of a wake up call for us, because about 60 years later we get attacked again at the WTC on September 11, 2001.

If you fail to remember the past you are bound to repeat it, so we need to start learning from our mistakes and taking a more proactive approach to protecting innocent lives. If that means we have to use racial profiling, then so be it.

We are dealing with a whole different type of enemy. It's not like this one wears a uniform or a sign that clearly identifys them.

America is much safer to day than 9/11. I do think we created more hatred for the Iraqi extremists. The rest of the population love us. We liberated them from the clutch of Sadam.

Our government has created a big, fat dangerous monster because of foreign policy and the continual backing of countries with interests that are none of our business.Keep backing Isreal-it'll get us all killed- Keep sticking your nose in the middle east. They've been fighting and destroying themselves for 5000 years, why does GWBush think he can end it all??Let them all kill each other, it is all they know. A culture we will never understand. Isreal needs to stand on it's own WEAK, trouble making feet, and see how they do ALONE. You wanted trouble-you can have it with your so called Promised Land.Fighting over a bunch of sand in the name of god. It's disgusting, just like they are.So, no. Our country is a mess. A dangerous, awful mess that is getting worse everyday.

No safer now then previous to 9/11. each thing is the very similar. the surely massive difference is they're holding it in our face as a way of holding us in concern. It keeps us attentive to it. you basically did not imagine about it before. I propose imagine about it. Our troops are over there demise familiar to rebuild a rustic we knocked down attempting to get what began out as Osama Bin Whoeverthehell. Our authorities had him picked out in view that day one. nevertheless do not have him. besides the undeniable fact that, even as this began they said him driving on horseback... come on now. With our technologies they could get a guy on horse? They probably see me typing this. yet then we were given Sadam and we were meant to be safer. Hmmm. Then we were given all of his adult men. Hmmm. all the even as our troops... wait, youthful adult men and women persons are demise familiar. can we experience safer... i do not and the significant reason is because its terrorism. those people may be residing interior of our borders all waiting. proper next to you. you nevertheless see it on the information familiar. ask your self what our troops are looking for for? Terrorist? How do you word them? enable us know to be able to make certain them in our own land. even as your at it, tell our leaders to cease providing those so referred to as terrorist cells with the failings they're utilising hostile to us. that would want to help.

Yes, I believe, we are safer since 9/ll. Being retired military I knew that in order to keep our country safe we need to keep the terrorists busy on their own turf. We are doing that and I can sleep at nite knowing my fellow comrades are making that possible.
