I have gone to college now but unfortunately i am still waiting for the money i was due before hand

Don't get too happy even when you finally hear from them. If your area is anything like mine, they'll have your rent account in arrears almost immediately, mine is over 500 pounds in arrears as I type which I'm trying to help reduce myself. Good luck anyway!

It will be back dated, the landlord will just have to be patient and wait for the big payout, as for the people saying u r lazy, it's always best to get a full picture of the persons situation before making a judgement.

It depends on the institution which promised you housing. They don't normally put youu into a dump, or in a dangerous environment like a slum or a housing project with other races. If you have such because your church promised you housing, ask them what the hold up is. I was going to a church that invested in and and just wants to sit on it for ever. Thats not following Jesus who says don't pile up goods here. Another church in my area sold their land to make more housing for poor people and that is following Jesus, so have patience, it takes time to build new housing projects.

Hud is actually a good organization but like most govt, it is back logged and under resourced.
If the 3rd party you are working is good and on top of things then you should know soon. I would follow up anyway, and see if you qualify for other places at the same tim.

yes!!!!!they do have a deadline 2 meat,tho im sure uv already passd that m8?!!!!!i would contact them PRONTO,then go 2 citizens advice,u may even get some compo 4 waiting so long,yes,theydo do that,but dont advatise it!!6 weaks is usual waiting time m8XXX

I hope you never get it - I hope they give it to some homeless person or some other more worthy cause. Scroungers like you are the reason this country has such high taxation.

That's a shame and just to think in that time you could have found yourself a job and been able to pay your rent all along. Now why didn't you think of that?
