Depends A Long Time Ago You Were Out Of The House At 18

Now
If They Go To College Then They Most Likely Will Live In A Dorm (After College They Should Get An Apartment/House), Unless Their Parents Live Close To The College And They Want To Save Money They Could Stay At Home.

But If They Don't Go To College They Should Be Out Of The House At 20, That Give Them 2 Years To Save For A House/Apartment.
