Hun, it's ok. It was just practice. If it's the first time let it slide. If they do it at future practices, consult your coach.

You're right. They cheated. Let your coach know what they did and they may have to run extra or be kicked of the team altogether. That certainly isn't fair. I was in cross country my senior year of high school and despite the fact that I am a slow runner, I never wanted to not run less than what I was supposed to. I figured the running might make me faster.

i know how you feel, i dont think it was fair, it was like this one time...it was like all the post players for basketball and yea,but anyways, the little guards were way behind us and we had to run the track 5 times which is like 1600 meters around the whole thing, and we were ahead of them and the coach came out and asked the posts how far we were and we had like two to go, and then she asked the guards how far they were and they lied and said that they were one their last lap....omg u dont know how mad i was, it was crazy....so then when we went inside we were asking them why they lied and they kept saying was that they dont need to be fast because they are guards, we went off and got into one of those big bash fights....lol, so yea, thats not fair

It's not fair but neither is life. They are the ones to lose out eventually. As pissed as you guys are, you've got to learn to let it go. Staying pissed at them won't do anything but get you upset-obviously they could care less. If you do anything, I would say something to the girls, not tattle to your coach. If they don't change, that's their problem.

In other words, the two cheaters got less exercise than you did at practice because of what they did.

So they will be slower and less in-shape than you are when race time comes around, because they have less training. So they will lose.

Sounds like they cheated themselves.

I'm not sure but I think this is a Valley Girl question. Hello. Learn to spell and use words clearly. I may be just as upset as you are but I can't tell by what you've garbled here. Keep running!
