That depends on the kind of cut it is but once it has sealed you can use Vitamin E or Miderma to make the scar heal less noticeable.

According to how deep the scar is and if you had a good physician to sew it up. Try buying and using Mederma and or cocoa butter. There are a few more products that are new to the market that helps lessen scaring. Talk with a pharmacist.
