No regular bus. The best you can do on public transportation is the MTBA commuter rail to Mansfield and taxi to the Tweeter Center. You may have a problem getting a train back. The last inbound train's at 1155P weekdays and that's a flag stop, i.e., the engineer has to see you waiting.

They do have a good transportation set up in and around the Boston area, I imagine they would have a bus, subway, or something going there. Try looking on the web @ tweeter.com, or under Boston.com.
