The price of bread has gone up more since 1980 than the price of gas. Should we investigate "big bread" instead of big oil?

gmonte33- Oh, millions of people complain about the gas prices because minimum wage hasn't gone up enough. Yeah, because most of us earn the minimum wage, right? 79% of economists agree that there shouldn't even be a minimum wage.

First there hasn't been much inflation in the last 20 years. Secondly gas prices have gone 100% since bush took over. There is something wrong with your logic. Are you a college freshman taking Econ 101?

Well if the minimum wage went up the same rate gas prices have over the years then people may not "whine" as much.

gas prices just went doen 25 cents in one week in my neighborhood so Im celebrating...!!! yay!!
