No seriously though. This thought has just occured to me while watching some cheezy old vampire movie on ITV4.
To fend off a vampire, and save your neck, all you have to do is pick up two old sticks and hold them together to make a makeshift cross.
This apparently sends vampires into paroxysms and convulsions as they cannot stand the sight of a cross.

So when they're doing maths, how do they do addition and multiplication?

That's Hollywood - the cross is uncomfortable to look at but bearable - they use the end of a pencil to touch the + pad on the calculator to prevent burns to fingertips. They prefer the term 'subtract' to 'take' because the latter sounds like stake and sends shivers up their spine.
When they write their calculations down it is always in blood so that they can sniff the pages later.

He sounds like he has Renfields Syndrome. it incredibly is the place human beings think of they are vampires. If he have been a valid vamp, why might he prefer to paintings - or if he enjoys working, why a extreme college, of all places?! If I have been a vampire, i might do something cooler like become a musician or something.... i might convey the best song decrease back to the 2000's.

I thought they had to count all the seeds thrown at them before they could move, if any were thrown...
so I guess they are not so good at math

They use sonar since they are bats and realize the shape. They do not need to count.
