Captain- Benjamin Sisko : because he went through a four year war and kicked ***!! + He's now a higher being
2nd Officer - Spock : His wisdom would be an advantage to any captain
Science - Jadzia Dax : Because she's the best looking and Oh Yeah! she does science too
Security - Worf : What better for security than a raging *** kicking Klingon
Helm - Tom Paris : A top class pilot (nobody else has traversed space at warp ten and de-evolved < Besides Janeway but she's top brass now >)
Councilor - Seven of Nine : Because Deanna is to old and wrinkley and seven looks better in a cat suit
Coms - Hoshi : Because she can translate or at least communicate in any language
Engineer - Chief Miles O' Brian : because out of the lot he's more technical minded than the rest
Doctor - McCoy : he has all the best catchprases
And Neelix as the guy that wears the red shirt and gets killed every week!!!!!!!!

Captain - Archer (because he's fit and he's a humanitarian)
First officer - Will Riker (because he's fit, well he used to be before getting old)
Helm - Tom Paris (again because he's fit and a bad boy)
Communications - Hoshi (because she can speak loads of languages and learn them easily)
Tactical/security - Worf (because Worf kicks ***!)
Engineering - Charles Tucker (because he's cute) AND B'llana Torres (because she's resourceful, but she must keep her hands off Tom because he's mine)
Doctor - Beverly Chrusher (because she can bring Wesley along!) with Voyager's Doctor also (because the Doctor rocks!)
Science officer - Janeway (I'd demote her for escorting prisoners to their execution the Delta Quadrant.... OK it was respecting the Prime Directive but it was clearly wrong)
Obviously 7 of 9 must be in there somewhere... I've chose all the fit men so there must be something for the straight guys. Although Neelix annoys me at times I think he should be on there too.
