Oh yes! lol, my dad calls lycra bike pants on large women 'mumble pants': because the lips are moving, but there is no sound coming out!

Yes there should, but people would have a fit, saying it is unfair. But I don't even wear spandex and I am only around 15 pounds over weight from pregnancy. I didn't wear it before that. I can't even wear a swim suit without thinking it is horrid. Fat people are another story all together tho, aren't they?

A woman o T.V. once said spandex is a priviledge, not a right. I am not fat, but when I wear my bike shorts I wear shorts over them, I'm modest.

Ha1 Ha! St. Anthony are you a vision of perfection? Is there nothing about you that is not a work of art or pure perfection? You sure?

I don't know about being against the law, but "robust" people should have the decency to dress appropriately.
